BRIAN J. MILITZOK

Brian J. Militzok founded Militzok Law, P.A. in 2014.  Mr. Militzok concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation and has extensive experience concerning issues that arise in the workplace.  Mr. Militzok routinely represents both workers and small to medium-sized businesses on a wide-range of legal issues, including those for unpaid wages, retaliation, discrimination, breach of employment contract, medical leave, and many other areas.

Mr. Militzok was born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut, and received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester, in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Militzok obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York.

Mr. Militzok is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Connecticut, as well as in the following jurisdictions:
